We always go to Gather when we can make it over to Houston. I don’t think I have ever gotten anything other than the Gather Clubhouse sandwich (my fave) but today the fried chicken breast was MISSING…
Well come to find out they changed their menu. I personally feel that they should have changed their name all together of the sandwich. I was highly disappointed and was looking forward to that sandwich. Hopefully they change the names of their sandwiches that they have changed up since it is no longer technically the “SAME” sandwich as it was in the past. I didn’t even bother reading the description of my sandwich because why would you change the sandwich up and call it the same thing? If it were a different name it would have caught my attention. I went and ordered the same thing expecting what it’s always been.. also the price wasn’t worth $14 with the changes they made. With the fried chicken on it I’d be willing to pay the $14.

Best hospitality, biscuits, and pimento cheese. Pancakes are delicious and the smiley ones made us laugh. Chocolate milk was 10/10 my kiddo said.

This was an exceptional experience. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a breakfast spot where the owner greets you when you walk in and shakes your hand and introduces himself. What a cozy, small town feel. Beyond that, the coffee was bold and delicious, the breakfast My husband and I had was definitely scratch made. We had our baby daughter with us, and everyone was so friendly to her. The ambience is beautiful and historical feeling. We will definitely be back anytime we are passing through Houston.

This is a charming little spot in a lovingly restored historic building on the square. The food was excellent and you will leave there with friends for life. If you are biking on the Tanglefoot or Natchez Trace, this is a must stop! Highly recommend.

Blown away to find this in Houston MS. The entire experience was phenomenal. It’s worth the drive over if you live in North Mississippi.

Wow! What an amazing place that the Colbert's have created for Houston. The food is fabulous! The decor is so well done and upscale. The service has always been great. Mike, Carol and Debbie are wonderful! Have you seen Debbie's meringue on her pies??? They never disappoint!

The food was amazing! But the service was bad. It took a 30 minutes to get one hamburger and one BLT. She didn’t remember to fill my drink. Food was good but service needs work. Also, it was not busy at all!

The coffee is great and the food is wonderful. People are happy to chat with their neighbor and share the local news. We like the scones and cinnamon rolls but if you want some protein, the chicken biscuit is better than it has any right to be. The service is great too and the owner is hands on, happy to help.
