I was pulled up and when my food was brought out my fries were cold and my burgers were lukewarm!!?? Im not sure what’s been going on at night time, since the big black guy with the glasses disappeared. I’m okay waiting. I understanding things can happen. I was going to take my order back in, but I was tired & I didn’t feel like waiting any longer than I already did!! The ladies at the window and speaker were very nice taking my order as usual, but a lot has been off about this place & the food at night, lately.

When did Hardee's stop giving a senior discount? The week is the first time I've heard this and as a senior, money is tight and the discount does help. I am a regular customer of your company and usually go to the store in West Point, MS and ALWAYS get the discount. Came to the Houston, MS store the week and was told that there's no longer a senior discount. Considering that most of your business is senior adults on Saturday and Sunday mornings, you may suffer sales cuts because of this. I for one am considering taking my business elsewhere because of this issue.
