Well, we ordered today, and I do have a complaint. Everything was great, but they needed to learn how to count money and give change correctly. Cause they didn't give us the right amount of change. They just need to count money properly.

I placed an order online for the bacon breakfast toaster sandwich. I paid to have sausage added. When I started to eat the sandwich, there was no sausage. Since I had already went home, I called back to let them know. They said that my name would be written on some board so that it would be done right. So, upon biting into my sandwich, I got the worst taste ever! BURNT BREAD!! Whoever fixed it had the burnt side of the bread on the inside , while showing the barely toasted side on the outside. This completely ruined my breakfast!

This is absolutely ridiculous. $5 for 3 tenders is bad enough as it is but to send out 3 tater tot sized tenders that have been so severely over fried that I physically can’t even chew them is ABSURD. This is not a one time occurrence either, every once in a while I’ll give them a chance and I’m let down every single time. Do better.

The service sucks. She came to the car and just start throwing the food. Like she was un a rush. I love to leave tips but today I didn't. Plus the food was not what I ordered. Bring back the other workers. The fries was still.cold but still greasy but the grease was solid. I thought west point ms was horrible but houston ms is now horrible.
Worst meal I have ever had at Sonic in Houston ms popcorn chicken was burnt . Onion rings burnt . New building same old unsupervised kids. Big time disappointed.
