Food was good and VERY hot! Service was ok. And worst of all THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN! This is supposed to be a BK not a McDonalds. We also ordered 2 fries but they only gave us 1.

The only reason got one star is because have no choice. They had lobby locked but was letting who they wanted in and out. Used the app to order sat on drive thru line while 3 cars passed in the other line. People driving around the drive three straight to window. Sat in line for 45 minutes. If the app had not taken money oh now system down

The food was pretty good but however please make sure you get your receipt because they swear up and down we didn’t pay them at the first window. The young lady didn’t give us a receipt and by the time we came to the second window they had us waiting forever and keep saying the price as though we haven’t paid. But I guess later they realized we had. I guess someone was trying to pocket some money

Try better to acknowledge customers when they arrive and are standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to give their order. Of the 3 workers, neither one offered to take my order.

Cashier held up the drive thru talking to someone in a car. She even came outside to lean inside the car and went back in and held up the line some more. Bad service.
