3/9/2025 Asked if Hardee's sold chicken tenders and received a 'Yeah' reply. I explained that I didn't see tenders on the sign. Was told the wind must have blown it down. I asked how were they sold: 3 or 5pc in a combo or 3 PC or 5 PC only. Communication was very poor. So, the person I asked to hold on while I placed the order stated "they sound like they don't want to be at work today." Well, I guess they don't want to be at work ANY DAY because when I took the bag to the person I was picking them up for and they opened the box to eat them, the worker must have picked the smallest hardest oldest tenders she could find. Apparently, she had a really bad day. I've had really good freshly cooked tenders from here before, but no more. Very poor communication and customer service. Food cost too much to receive what I received today. Will NOT be returning. I'll spend MY money where I get better service.

Towel Talks
I stood waiting at the register for 20 minutes before an employee produced themselves to take my order, they were not even within the store- they were in the travel stop side of the building, and must not have heard me asking if anyone was working today. Additionally, half of the items I intended to order were “unavailable” at the time: no milkshakes, no chicken (no chicken???), and no fries (I could see the fries in the back).

I watch my burger slide to the floor and a team member picked it up and put it in a bag to pass out the window. Like they was playing basketball. That was so distasteful and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I went to get breakfast. The lady saw me come in. She went to the back and would never come to the front to take my order. Not one person came to the front. This has happened multiple times when i go to Hardees. I give up. The management is terrible here. I took my business to Jacks. They don't go to the back of the restaurant to keep from doing work.

The girl at the fount counter was more interested to her phone and talking to a guy in the lobby. So gave this pace a 1 due to the customer service was horrible
