The waiter was polite but the wait time from order to table was awful. The atmosphere is intolerable. Prices reflect what one would expect for a much nicer elegant eatery.

The good is CONSISTENTLY great!!!! The servers are constantly moving and taking of all the guests with ease. We LOVE going to Nola’s at least once a week!

While traveling home from Baton Rouge we made an overnight stop in Indianola & looked at reviews for this restaurant. Thought we would give it a try & were pleasantly surprised by this place. The sign in front said reservations only, but the hostess was nice enough to accommodate my husband & me very quickly even though we had no reservation. Our server was very friendly & knowledgeable of the specials and all items on the menu. We ordered an appetizer, Crawfish Quesadilla, and it was amazing! Our entrees were Trout Meunière and Irish St. Charles which were both specials for the evening and did not disappoint. The staff was super busy, but so friendly and accommodating. There appeared to be lots of locals eating at this restaurant & the atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend reservations if you plan to stop. Overall this was one of the best we’ve eaten at during our travels through Mississippi...highly recommend!

Mr. Bill’s shrimp (special) was wonderful. Bread is just normal yeast rolls- would like to see a homemade roll or biscuit. Wine and cheese dressing is an awesome bonus. Gumbo was GREaT with a great roux! Made right!!!

Food and service were outstanding. Fried okra cannot be beat - if you like this dish, get it here. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the staff did not wear masks - irresponsible.
