September 11 2024 I got food poison from pizza hut on hwy 82 in Indianola Mississippi from the evening shift a personal hand pizza and 6 Buffalo wings Lord I don't wish this on anyone
I don't recommend this place at all unless you like uninviting atmospheres, rude and incompetent employees, wasting a an eighth ofva tank of gas in the drive through, and cold pizza.
Parking: Plenty of parking but pointless because they keep the doors locked
Kid-friendliness: Nothing is kid friendly about this pkace
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and a wheelchair accessibility directly in front of the door, but they keep the doors locked to prevent entry by all

Had to send my child back twice because everything was not received in the initial trip. Called & the mgr on duty sounded as if she had an attitude when they messed up my order I paid for, very displeased
By far the weirdest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Arrived to pickup an order of wings and pizza that I placed over the phone. Decided to park and go in because the drive thru was about 7 or 8 cars deep. It was dark and a fella was yelling at someone else in the corner of parking lot so I hustled in. Inside two other people were already waiting to pickup. No one was there to help us. At the drive thru window three employees were huddled around what appeared to be a frozen computer screen. Employees were in and out of the kitchen but never coming over to help us. After waiting about 10 minutes, there was a knock at the door which now appeared to be locked. We learned later that the computers were in fact down and the door was apparently locked so that no other customers could enter. Finally I got the attention of a worker to ask if we could pickup our order. She look and look but never brought us a pizza. She disappeared so I got the attention of another worker who after asking our name, disappeared for several minutes only to reappear with a small container of wings. Too small to be our order of 3 dozen. She left again after asking for our name again. After about 20 minutes of questions that we either not answered or something barely mumbled, an employee appears with what looks like our wings. But what about the pizzas? Still missing. Finally we asked where are the pizzas? Are they made? Are you going to make them? If no, can we at least take the wings and pay you for them. Could not get the employee to give me a straight answer. Now more and more people were coming in demanding their order, I can only assume after waiting for a long time in the drive thru. Anyways we decided to leave for our safety. We left without wings or Pizza. I felt bad for the door dash guy that was waiting with us.

My order had more veggies than meat. Just because it is a specialty don't load it with a lot of veggies it makes the top bread gummyIt had the taste of tomato paste only.What has happened to the product ?I don't want anything else but a refund.
