Wendy's has really gone down lately. Managers, please pay attention to your employees. I've been there several times. There are females wearing braids almost to their knees. They have their hands in their hair, then touching food. One of the ladies turned with her back to the food and her braids were actually resting on the counter. People's hair needs to be up and no where near food.

Burger was sloppy. The female manager on the day shift is rude, slams the window in your face, doesn't speak nor smile.

Wendy’s food is Good. However; the people that work at this Wendy’s are the worst people ever. I asked them if they have any Chocolate Chip Cookies they said No but they would bake some in 30 minutes. Came back and Still No Cookies. One of the Male Workers said they would bake some later. Came Back Again and the Manager said They wasn’t going to bake any. I worked at a fast food place and baking cookies only take 11 minutes and 5 minutes to cool off. I had no problem baking cookies for the customers when I worked at a fast food chain. If they were worried about baking too many and they all don’t sale out. They could’ve just baked a few and then baked some more if they ran out . People that work at Fast Food Restaurants should always keep in mind that they get paid by the customers. The more stuff they sell the more money they make. These people don’t see it that way or think that way. I hope the owner of this Wendy’s check their employees and do better with their customer service.
