“Without bringing attention to the absolute NASTY person who took my order around 5:00 PM ON April 24th 2025. I want to say thank you to Austin(store manager) who is representing Popeyes up to their standards. I had a very little issue that became big because her customer service is HORRIBLE! POOR! YOU chose your profession NOT ME! Thank you again Austin , as he offered me a complementary meal on my next visit.“

“I'm not sure how, but once they moved from near Walmart to their new location by Big Lots - it went from almost inedible to really good pizza. The staff are really nice and the pizza is great! A couple nights a week it the bestest mostest pepperoni in thin and regular crust. Great job ladies - Thank you!“

“Placed my order on the app. I love that you can track the progress. The store was very busy, and she let me know that it would be about 5 more minutes so I pulled back around and instead of making me wait in the line to get back to the window she brought the food out to me. Wonderful customer service & the pizza was very good.“
