Wanted to visit. Stopped by during their posted hours on Saturday evening, and then again on Sunday afternoon. Both times, closed with no indication of reason why.

Been a frequent customer for the last few years. What has happened ? The food used to be delicious.. The staff used to be courteous and attentive.. The Buffet used to be well stocked even moments before closing. The food quality and preparation used to be appealing to the eye.. Sometimes change isn't good. As for my opinion, this is one of those times..

I’ve been going to this place for at least three years now and it ALWAYS hit the spot with delicious food. About a month ago that all changed though, and I found out it’s because there is a brand new crew there now because someone else bought it. I wanted to still like it but there is no way. It’s down right nasty. And now it seems the health department finally shut them down from what I hear. I need to find out where the lady that used to do the cooking went so I can go there! I will NEVER go back to this gross place with burned black potatoes and right out of the can veggies. No thank you!

We came in about an hour before the restaurant closed. 45 minutes into the visit we were told we had only 15 minutes to eat and we never got our food. We left with no food. I have no idea if the food is good but the service is obviously bad.
Salad bar was very limited,pork chops maybe 3/8 inch thick,buffet was a joke ! And the waitress had bad breath 😷

Have been coming here for a couple of years, but this was the first time that the food was terrible. Always got the steak or chicken livers off the menu. This time we were told there was no menu, only buffet. Food seemed like it was leftovers from the lunch buffet. Everything seemed overcooked or been cooked for a long time. Even the dessert cobbler top layer was burnt. Will not be coming back. So sad because this had always been one of our favorite places to dine before.

We eat here several times a week. Food is always excellent and waitresses are sweet and polite. They are currently under new management and are doing their best to work the kinks out. Glad to have southern cooked food in our little town.
