Love this place! Once called Ellie's Snack Bar! This place has been around since the 20's! Best slugburgers around! Been eating there since I was very young. Gotta travel now 2 hrs to get there since I moved. But I still do every chance I get! Was there yesterday!

I've been to downtown Iuka maybe three times in my life, this was my first experience eating there, and the food lives up to it's reputation. The staff are super friendly. I will definitely come back next time I roll through town.

I hadn't ate here in a long time, but I have always loved to. Yesterday was probably my last time. We ordered little slug burgers and onion rings. My onion rings looked like the crumbs from the bottom of the bag and they were burned. Our slug burgers hardly had any toppings on them, and the pattie was very thin. We paid over $20 for 8 little slugs and 2 onion rings.

I lived in Minnesota for the last 20 years and have family in Iuka. Eventually, after my brother told me how amazing they were, I tried the slug burgers from the Front Street Snack Bar. Now, it’s hard to be in the area without stopping in for some slug burgers there and a can of coke!I highly recommend this place specifically if you want to form an out of town opinion about slug burgers!They have great slug burgers! -Tom
