I’ve been here quite a few time, 2 to 3 cars in line and they pull everyone up and the line is empty that point, and the lady in the window “ I want you to pull into that handicap spot” .

I am a previous employee at this jacks and I do not recommend applying to work here. The overall staff (minus a few people) would gossip about each other constantly including managers. A few managers there also have a additude issue, and instead of calmly fixing the issue, or asking me to fix the issue in a regular tone, they went straight to yelling and throwing tantrums. Mind you these folks are about 30+ acting like children. And if a toxic environment is not what you want, do not work here. Plus there are no benefits minus a meal discount so it's not even really worth working this job anyways.

This location sucks! The manager wouldn't get out her chair to come speak to us about an order. Francis is not manager material. Had a messed up order and they told us we could come get it replaced. We called 30 times over 2 days. Wouldn't answer the phone. We drove all the way back to Iuka and when we got there they told us we had to have the receipt. If they would have answered the phone we would have known to bring it. This manager was rude. I hate to give a bad review but this is unacceptable. If a manager is to lazy to get up out of her chair to speak to a customer... They should not be managing. Francis = lazy management!

We actually eat here a lot. The food is usually fresh and tastes great. Only problem is whenever we get mayonnaise added to our sandwiches cause we are regulars, they always take the other sauces off. They never give us napkins either lol. Customer service is pretty good and food is usually always good too besides those 2 small things I am going to continue eating there for sure.

Went Thur drive Thur and ordered 8 piece of chicken with 4 biscuits, didn't receive the biscuits. I tried calling them to ask if by chance I could get them the next morning and they did not answer the phone. Called twice.

Chicken place. Drove up at 8:37 pm and ordered. When I went to pay the man at the window said it would be 20 minutes for white meat chicken that the cook had just dropped the chicken. 3 rd time this has happened. Left went to McDonalds. Not sure how much business they lose like this. Lots of bad ratings. Not sure the owner cares. Will NOT be back .

Never answer the phone so we ordered online. It took almost an hour to get our food. We get there in 16 minutes, there’s 2 cars behind me and 2 customers inside. I had to pull over for 15pc chicken strip dinner. By the time I get our food, all customers had left.
This establishment in Iuka MS is a joke. I’ve complained to the manager on evening shift after complaining to an employee, both hung up the phone.
I keep giving them chances but going forward, I will go to Burnsville instead.

I ordered grilled chicken wraps at the drive thru and I was told that the cook was out and it would be 10-15 minutes before that person got back but I could order fried chicken wraps!?!?
