I have no idea what people and employees go through, and it’s none of my business. however one of the employees who took our order was rude as hell. im never one to judge someone for having a bad day, we all have them, but dont ever pass it on to me by being rude. anyway the food was fine but yeah rude employees 😭

Love that I can place an order on the app and pick a time I want to pick it up ! The food is always ready when I get there and is hot . They always make my frenchie Milo’s cheese burger they way he loves

Only reason I gave a 1star is there no 0!!! As a driver I have eaten at Jacks all over the south.This is my go 2 breakfast and I always have had a hot,well prepared meal in a clean restaurant.my biscuit was hard as a rock with the cheese hanging off stuck 2 paper,my hash rounds were soggy and ice cold,Bathrooms were nasty.

They are slow, and can't get the orders right. Bypass Jack's in Iuka if you are hungry It took 12 minutes to get an order of fries at the drive thru and I probably wouldn't of got them then if I hadn't of went in. They had lots of employees but they were standing around and walking outside on phone

They cannot have homemade biscuits. They were exactly like the walmart frozen ones. Hard as a rock. Greasy eggs. Couldn't finish a thing we got.

Woman at counter was patronizing and rude. Food was not fresh.
Utterly sad excuse of a business order an online order and was missing more than half of the order wasn’t even in the bag that was conveniently tied up so good you couldn’t open it without tearing the entire bag apart rude staff and useless management Trisha the general manager while polite was useless in resolving this issue referred me to corporate online so it’ll take me days to recoup my money after the poor service rendered it would be a better business model by jack to either re staff the entire restaurant with more competent people or close its doors entirely and go without stealing money from hard working people shouldn’t be regular thing this isn’t the first time somthing like this has happened they have developed a reputation for being the worst place to eat in Iuka and surrounding areas ik this one review won’t reach the intended audience but maybe it’ll save someone from spending 40 bucks on a meal to only receive 10 bucks worth of food and no actionable resources to resolve this issue at this point it’s stealing from the customers

Watching this team persevere despite what they have to go through and the conditions they're required to work in, deserves no less than 5 stars. I'd like to take careful consideration to mention the following employees by name: Lili, Shelby, Johnny, Rwal, Camyron, Anna. Props to them all 👏.
