Tried to call in a take out order, was put on hold. Finally hung up, drove there and went in to place an order only to be met with a rude little girl working the register. She was even rude when I went back to pick up the order. Service there sucks about half of the time!

Ate at lil smokies tonight and even while they were busy the workers were so sweet. Food came out in a timely manner. Had a really good taste. Good job everyone. Will be back.

Tried to call in order ,too busy standing at register to answer phone. Then I went inside to order and asked for smoother chicken plate but please do not put foil ont plate so cheese will not stick to it. The girl from the kitchen laughed in my face and walked away. It's was so funny to them that I canceled and walked out. Guess my business isn't needed there anyone. So I won't be back.

Got the chicken strip plate with home fries and fried okra and an order of cheese sticks to go . Everything was drenched in grease to the point it was soggy and the cheese sticks tasted burnt.

We had a little problem with my steak no big deal to me . Ask to send it back didn't mine to wait. Husband had similar problem. When one of the owners which we did not know that at the time came to bring his food back very rudely placed it in front of him. I have never had such rudeness thier before. The waitress was great.
