Takes forever for them to get a meal correct the way the customer orders it n then their attitude sucks when you let them know they messed up n then they charge u for up size drink prices when they don't have the correct size cup like it's the customera fault so we have to pay for them to give a bigger drink when their slacking

I pulled up at the drive-thru invited 4 minutes, there was also a car at the second speaker. Both of us providing for our orders to be taken after 4 minutes I put up to the first window. The gentleman that the window tell me he was the only person taken orders. I don't know whose order he was taking because neither one of the speakers had their order taken. This is not okay I was a jam of McDonald's for 17 years I know how it works, this was not customer service on any level. I pulled away very upset again at this location

My name is Whitney Cooper. Firstly this was the worst freaking experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. With that being said I wouldn’t recommend this branch to be visited by anyone. After a busy day of work and shopping my kids and I wanted to end the night with some McDonald’s. Ordered nuggets for my kids and they were old and cold. I then asked for fresh food and was informed by Elijah that McDonald’s doesn’t serve fresh food. And he said it in the rudest of fashion. While walking away from the drive thru window. After asking for the manager, Cassie, I was informed by her as well that they don’t cook fresh food. I mean really!!! I plan to call corporate first thing in the morning because this has to be dealt with. After getting my refund I had no other choice to go to Taco Bell across the street. I was disrespected and disappointed .

This location is hands down the worst McDonalds that I’ve ever visited. Elijah, the individual working at the window, was very rude, slick mouthed and highly unprofessional. After discovering that our food was cold and old he proceeded to say that the they don’t cook food fresh. Cassie, the night manager also said that they don’t as well. This blew my freaking mind. I had no other choice but to go across the street and patronize the neighboring restaurant. I would give this branch 2 thumbs, and 10 toes down. Elijah should be fired and Cassie demoted. If that can’t happened I need reassurance from the corporate office that my next visit would be after my time and money.

Drive thru wait time is beyond ridiculous waited 5 mins for them to even answer the person in front of me. Then when they do get to me they cant understand what im saying. Still waiting for my order

Ordered on app and had a friend pick it up. I gave my friend the code and pressed I’m here on the app and they said they can’t make it without the phone being at the location. Ridiculous !!

I love this McDonalds. Always clean and the staff… well those kids working in there are so kind and always so helpful! Well mannered and polite! I call it the “World’s Greatest McDonalds” when telling others about it. It’s like stepping back about 30 years and I mean that as a compliment! Good people, good food… a place to call home! THANK YOU IUKA MCDONALDS!
Food was good. We ordered for dine in but changed to go as ALL the tables were dirty and it was 6:05 in the morning so they had not been open for long.
