Ordered the limited time special grande nachos which was supposed to have 2x the meat and nachos. It was 4x the nachos, old and stale, maybe 1/2 a scoop of meat and beans, along with cold shredded cheese and already soggy nacho cheese covered chips and even a little lettuce mixed in. They didn’t have the limited edition drinks available. My wife ordered a steak quesadilla and it had 3 bite size pieces of meat and some sauce and didn’t even cut the damn tortilla. Asked for extra mild sauce and got 4 packs. Then the bag was shoved into my wife’s hands thru the window. This Taco Bell needs to throw in the towel man. This is pathetic.

This restaurant is very horrible they always closed early they claim it's because lack of staff but that's no excuse because McDonald's across the street runs on skeleton Crew every day and they don't close until 1am

My husband and I came thru the drive through the drive thru Monday night and I had the most rudest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant there was a blonde girl working and she was acting so snobby towards my husband and I. She never said a word to us and just kept giving us ugly looks and when we went to leave I watched her stick her middle finger up at us as she was pretending to scratch her neck it looked like. I don’t know who this girl is but she does not belong in the customer service industry.

Stopped going to Taco Bell. The food taste like it's old. They never fully cook your food always get Mexican pizza and the cheese is barely melted. The drive thru always seems like they have a bad attitude.

Ordered online, order wasn't ready when we got there, was asked to park in their online order spots...this was a joke...if you aren't driving a compact, and there is another car already waiting in one of the 3 spots designated for this, you are absolutely going to get angry making that turn. Besides that, why even let people order online if it's not going to be ready when they get there? They weren't even busy, but they were pulling everyone around to wait...ALL 3 OF US! I had really looked forward to Taco Bell coming to Iuka, but every time I go it's a hot mess.

We came threw drive thru and ordered 2 quesadillas and a burrito supreme the quesadillas only had filling on half of it the burrito supreme was only a bean burrito this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong iuka ms needs to think more about the orders than talking amongst each other I come there because I like taco bell but not this store

Taco Bell took forever to get my DoorDash order and they never showed up . They also already charged her card so they scammed her. Please get here on time next time Taco Bell y’all never gave us our food and we probably will never DoorDash again. Y’all ruined my experience.
