No soap dispenser in the men's restroom. 2 little things of lettuce on my big Mac. Employees try their best not to make eye contact so they won't have to fake be nice. Full price tho you can always count on that. Another awful McDonald's

Came here this morning for a quick breakfast, not very busy. I ordered at the kiosk got my number and went to sit down. After 15 minutes I went to see what was taking so long to get my food. An older lady asked me what I was looking for, I told her I had ordered 15 minutes ago I only ordered a sausage biscuit, hashbrown, and large iced coffee. The coffee was made but was just sitting behind the counter, she then bagged my food and handed it to me. Everyone including the management were on their phones. Even the cooks were texting while wearing gloves, this is just a disgrace. Sad to see what the American work force has become, yet they demand 20$ and hour the same or more than people working in industrial settings, what a joke. I do hope AI takes all these jobs, im sure a computer can figure out how to make a sausage biscuit without checking their likes on Instagram or the new viral TikTok.

A lady with red hair was at the register scratching her head before and after she handed me my food and had her hands in her mouth. I was disgusted and didn’t want to eat my food anymore

Great chicken and fries which was hot and fresh. I believe one of the employees sitting across from us was listening to our conversation. When we said something funny she a laughed...but was to be on her phone 🤣

Disappointing. Food was typical (some good, some not). Buns on the Big Macs were hard. Service was unacceptable. Had to ask four times for the person to add a Filet-o-Fish. Asked MULTIPLE times for no onions on one of the Big Macs. Still got onions. The person taking our order was far more interested in avoiding eye contact with us and in watching other customers. We overheard her making fun of another customer (who had ordered a latte) even though this customer was standing in front of her. Strongly recommend additional training and encouragement to employ listening skills for the staff at this restaurant.

Rude staff that ignored guests, had to repeat parts of order multiple times because cashier would not pay attention at all, full bathroom trash, clogged sink, no toilet paper holder so tp was just left on the floor, dirty bathrooms, dirty lobby, if I could leave no stars I would.

I go to here and get the same thing McDouble meal extra cheese add mayo they gave me back the same burger 4 TIMES the manager did it the third slapped slivered onions on it with pickle didn’t care about the appearance I’m not eating this last burger that’s been handed back and forth 4 times it was ridiculous. If management a move like that wonder why the kids do it. Sad man yall really play over folks food like that

We waited almost 45 min for our food and when we got it there was food missing and food was cold.
Left a chicken sandwich out of the bag so I went in to get it and after I left they still got it wrong. It was supposed to be a mcchicken and gave me a mcdouble!!!

This is a good location. The staff has been friendly and attentive the couple of times I've come here so far. The food has been fresh and the biggest thing for me, the fries were hot and crispy.

Food was not good. Double cheeseburger was old and dinky, with no onion at all. Fries were warm, but greasy. The meal in general was way overpriced. Being inside to eat reminded me of a dull day.
