The parking lot is dark,not well taken care of. The staff is at times rude and do not how to properly answer the phone. You can get a mediocre pizza no problem

Went to pick up and the door was locked, walked in to get my order they didn’t have any bottled Pepsi, they offered my Diet Pepsi or orange crush, when I said orange crush they pulled out a 2 liter and poured it into a to go cup, literally never seen such a poorly ran Pizza Hut in my life

Dine-in option no longer exist. Staff doesn't even bother putting a sign on the door anymore. Only drive thru options for pick up of any orders. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to place an order.

Rude staff, and no dine in option anymore

On September 10th I did a pick up order and I did the buy one get one free wings 24piece(48total). I also did the 19.99 meal deal with the two medium pizzas, wings, cheese sticks. Order two 2 liter sodas while I waited. Got half way home and had to turn around cause they didn’t give me my cheese sticks for the meal deal. Drove home and the seal was broken on my orange soda and I was short 8 wings. I ended up having to drive all the way back. They told me to bring the wings back and orange soda. I brought it back and I sat there almost an hour for them to remake my stuff. They could’ve just gave missing wings and another soda! Just dumb! I have never had such a bad experience like this. I missed my kids choir rehearsal and everything. I sent this same message to make the manager to bring awareness to the situation and was told I’d get a credit to which I have yet to receive. After I use my rewards at a different location of course I’m done with Pizza Hut!
