We went back to eat here after it had been approximately a year since our last visit. I knew the price was going to be a little on the expensive side but didn't mind as the last time we ate there, the food was amazing! However, this time we were very disappointed. The variety of food was very limited. The fried corn on the cobb was very bland. Batter had little to no seasoning. The coleslaw was bland, French fries were so bland that our grandbabies wouldn't eat them. Mac n cheese, bland... nothing was seasoned. The fried shrimp was scarce because they weren't making enough to serve the number of people there. The Hush puppies were ok. The salad was ok. I ate Hush puppies and salad, but I paid full price for the buffet. Not sure what has happened in a year's time, but the quality of the food isn't really worth the charge and not to mention 18% gratuity on a party of 6 or more including kids/babies. Again, I don't mind paying if it's worth it. On a better note, our waitress was phenomenal! Very kind, very attentive to our table and took great care of us. I give 5 stars for her. I believe her name was Kayla. If I would have had an extra 100 bucks, I would've tipped her $100 bill no questions asked! She was great! I really hope that the quality improves bc we really enjoyed eating there at one point, especially given there are no other buffets worth going to in the area.

Good place for a steak or seafood in the area. Groups of 5 or more should plan to wait a little if they want to sit together. Shrimp was good, steak was cooked perfect, and waitresses were busy but attentive.

As we live in Starkville, we have heard how good this place was, so while we were in the area we decided to give it a try. Fish wasn't cooked well enough. Had no flavor. Fried shrimp had a strange flavor. Fries were frozen crinkle cut and like the fish needed to be cooked longer. Sad when you visit a "so called" seafood buffet and the only thing good to one person in our party was the hush puppies and another person said the only good thing was the turnip greens and sweet potatoes!! ? ?
