I placed and ordered online for a foot long ham. I picked up last night and ain't realized I had 5 pieces of ham. They just laid the ham flat probably have in 3 pieces on each half. I couldn't return it cuz they had closed by then. Today I placed an order online for a steak Philly double meat and double cheese. I jumped in line but was watching them make it and dude tried to give me less meat and cheese so I waited till he was done and made him redo it. I recommend not coming here

The bread on both sandwiches my husband and I purchased was stale like it was baked a few days ago. The owner seemed more worried about keeping the ladies’ bathroom locked rather than focusing on baking fresh bread for customers. The two ladies who made out sandwiches were nice, but the owner was not friendly at all.

Food was below average, the service was awful and the supervisor told the person ringing up my order to ring in cheese nachos because it would throw off her food cost. Then I get the receipt and. Check the price online for my chicken wrap and they charged me 2 dollars more than the menu stated online which screams something not good going on if you get what I mean
I would not recommend this place.

If I could give this Subway a zero I would. The owner is rude, you get absolutely nothing in the over price protein bowl, and the environment is negative. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I went in for a Veggie Salad and it didn't even fill the bowl . I left hungry and when I spoke to the owner she made me feel my issue wasn't important. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of concern and customer service. Wow unbelievable.

My visit wasn't the best. One of the female employees had no respect for me as a customer and a real nasty attitude towards me. She didn't grab the paper my Sandwich was on to slide it down instead she grabbed my sandwich and slid it down instead then put it back on the paper and continued to make my sandwich. When I asked what the peppercorn ranch tastes like, she responded it has a lot of pepper in it. Terrible service needs to improve.

If i could give this place no stars I WOULD. i keep giving them chances to improve, but this is what i ordered and what i got, it’s pretty ridiculous to me how little ingredients they use and i know i ask for less but 3 cucumbers really???? there is gaps in all parts of my sandwich. they don’t accept any coupons either. this sandwich looks inedible and i will never be back. STOP BEING SO CHEAP SUBWAY

My boss just went and picked up her rotisserie chicken sandwich got back to work opened it it smelled like hit tuna and she said it tasted like the meat was bad. She called the store the girl said " our chicken isn't bad" and hung up on her.

I went to the stored after using the App to place an order. My card was initially charged and I was on my way to get my order. I arrived at the location and the manager rudely said he doesn't provide sweet onion sauce in a small cup on the side and he'd voided my order. He and his wife are incredibly rude and loud. I quit dining here years ago because of their conduct in Kosciusko MS and sadly the conditions have not changed. They are the rudest and most unprofessional duo I've ever encountered. The reason the order was canceled was because I had a coupon on the app and they didn't want to honor it.

Visited this Subway In Kosciusko, MS for the first time. I received Subway coupons in the mail not addressed to me but part of bulk mail delivery with other coupons. I though I would see if the food was any good and if it was no good at least I would not pay full price with the coupon. WELL THAT DID NOT WORK OUT THE WAY I THOUGHT IT WOULD. Ordered a footlong ham but when I went to pay for it with the coupon the lady said “we are not taking coupons at this time”. Really! Remember Kosciusko is a small town and everybody who gets mail got the same coupons I received. SO WHY ARE WE GETTING COUPONS IF THEY ARE NO GOOD AT THIS SUBWAY. The only Subway in town.I do not recall seeing any sign on the door “COUPONS NOT ACCEPTED”. I told them to keep sub and I walked out and do not plan on returning. The food MAYBE GOOD or not, but I will never know. P.S. I just received a bunch of coupons today and guest what, Subway coupons again.
