White Male Manager VERY RUDE and Disrespectful to employees. Had to wait over 30 minutes for food unfitting to eat that i wouldnt serve my dog. Cheese fingerprints on the outside of the bag proved contamination and hygiene is not of importance. Not to mention could see the top of underwear of employees because pants didn't fit or wasn't wearing a belt. Completely disgusting and drinks didn't taste properly either. If you want to be sick and go to the ER, go to taco bell. I'd give 0 stars, unfortunately that's not an option

Ordered through the app and still had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There is No one in the drive-through or in the parking lot or inside. they are not busy just extremely slow for no reason.

I am a native of Kosciusko who currently lives in GA. During the July 4th holiday weekend 2025, my sister and I decided to eat at this Taco Bell location. I was hesitant but my sister insisted, so I went with the flow. When I tell you that the food we ordered was delicious and prepared with love. We both agreed that we have never been to a Taco Bell like this one. I ordered the Cantina Bowl which was packed with delicious ingredients and reminded me of the bowls at Chipotle but BETTER!!! It was delicious! The manager and employees were so friendly and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful. It was very clean and appealing!! I will be eating there when I’m home again!! Kudos to Taco Bell in Kosciusko MS! Keep up the great dining experience!!

I went through the drive through at Taco Bell to try the new Crispy nuggets combo. Greeted by person taking order. Very nice. Secured the goods and went home. Only live about three minutes away. They were crispy both the chicken and the french fries. But I did not like the seasoning whatsoever on either one. They didn’t have any sauce to offer so I ended up getting the cheese. All in all the experience at the drive-through was great. The food was not very disappointed. Will not be trying this again.

I always go here after class or work or clinicals and get supper and they know what I want and how I want it and it's always perfect! Plus, the manager helped me out on sending feedback to Taco Bell corporate about an old taco sauce flavor they used to make that I want them to bring back, the border salsa fire roasted taco sauce, the best taco sauce they've ever had at Taco Bell! I love this taco bell. Great people, great food, and other than a short wait from time to time they're pretty quick about getting my food to me. I love it here.
Mobile ordered. Still messed up the entire order. Had to constantly go back and tell them what we had to get it fixed. Kept rolling their eyes and being rude. Won’t be back. Have heard so many people having these problems and they still won’t do anything 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Why order on the app 15 minutes early??? They hadn't even started on my order when I arrived and caused me to be late for work. Bad management. Order placed at 3:40pm, arrived at 4:00. Didn't receive order until 4:20.
