Ordered Chicken excuse me Super Chicken tenders. I was kind of hungry so thought I would take a bit before I pulled out, they were so old and tough that I couldn't even chew it up. I took it back in to get a refund and sadly to no surprise not a apology one and they actually said thank you, I think out of habit after the refund. This shouldn't be the norm. Come on people, it doesn't cost extra to be nice.

We were going to order something since we are here for the night at the Love's RV stop. We went in and there is noenu on display or prices. The girl behind the counter said they raised their prices so they don't have a menu available since their prices are higher now and not updated.
Needless to say we walked out with nothing.

Bought 2 chicken breast and they wasn't cook done. I drive a truck and got it to go. Got to my destination 19 miles away and had to throw it away "NASTY"... And I've always loved Chester's. I'll never be back to this one

Customer service sucks. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Do not go for the combo and if you do, stay away from the gravy lookalike mash potato. The mash is literally liquid... . When you confront the manager, he looks at you like a dear in headlights, same with the 3 other guys behind the counter. It's chicken, how hard is it to get it right? Not coming back to this one. 40 wasted dollars...

Just rude customer service. We stood in front of register for 5 minutes while the workers were putting fresh chicken on the rack. Noone said anything. Then when I was about to speak . The guy said oh we closed. Like yall open in 3 minutes. You ignored us for 5 minutes when good customer service would have been good morning we open in X time. And we would have still happily waited. Instead we left and then the girl and guy busted out laughing. Just stupidity at his finest.

We stopped here to eat. I went first , then my sister. The cashier under paid her change by $20. When I finally had the chance to count my change, it was $10. short. Luckily my sister noticed the discrepancy while still at the register. He gave her back the $20. Since I have already left the store with no receipt, I decided to let this one go. Just saying people, count back your change at the cash registers.
