I wouldn't even stop there again if my life depended on it. I was discussed as soon as I stood in front of the subway counter, watching the lady open the glass case where all the veggies were seeing all the flies come out of the case. Yuk, can you imagine where those flies were before they got into that case, maybe on a dead carcass or something? I asked for a veggie delight. The lady behind the counter was truly going to make my sandwich with the old beat-up lettuce and veggies.

I asked her if she could change the old stuff off the case before making me the sandwich she said it all looked like that in the back refrigerator. I was like really so you can keep the sandwich I'm good. I then walked out. Everyone in the restaurant was like we are eating it.

I'm sorry, but you have to have some standards and some decency regarding what you are putting into your body from these restaurants so you don't get sick or maybe even die or eat a maggot from a fly by mistake crazy to me. I will be calling the health department asap, including subways

You know also their service was horrible very disrespectful and nasty no respect for the individual. I feel that if you do not like your job just quit your job and go somewhere else don't work there give your self-respect oh I forgot I was dealing with trailer trash in this situation sorry.

This is by far the worse subway I have ever visited. Terrible service and the crew is just screwing around, handplaying. This is the sub that was made for me.

My wife and I stopped by this subway to get us something to while on our trip
The facility was nasty. The employee was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude while making our sandwiches. She hurriedly threw our sandwiches together. The sandwiches were sloppily made. She was very skimpy with the toppings.
We are 100% dissatisfied with the entire experience. If was allowed to give negative stars, I would rate at a -10 to the 3rd power that is -10 x -10 x -10 = -1,000 stars
We will not be returning to this location and I would be the first to tell everyone do not patronize this business. It is a waste of money. And the rudeness of the staff that was on duty is down right deplorable.
By the way, if management is reading this the event took place Saturday March 22, 2025 at approximately 2:00 AM.

We went here as a stop during a 12 hour road trip. When we entered we were greeted by a kind gas station worker and a guy running the fried chicken place right next to this subway. We wondered where the subway attendant was as there was no one running the station. The gas station attendant informed us she would be out shortly. She came out after about 4 minutes of us standing there. This was around 6:20PM, and she was extremely rude. She did not listen when I said yes to my sandwich being toasted. When I noticed she hadn’t toasted it I asked her if I told her I wanted it toasted and she said no. So I asked her to toast it as she had only put lettuce on the sandwich. The lettuce was yellow btw, which I didn’t realize until after she put it on. She then proceeded to put ALL the cold toppings on before toasting the sandwich. My sister came back from the bathroom and asked why she had toasted the sandwich with vegetables on it and she BLAMED ME. When I went to use the restroom, she acted like nothing happened with my sister and said that she would double wrap ONLY my sandwich for literally no reason other than to make opening and eating the sandwich more inconvenient. Honestly, idk what I was expecting from a terrible looking gas station in the middle of nowhere, but I would have at least liked to be treated with respect. I hope management looks into this specific employee’s attitude as I do not seem to be the only one to feel this way. I feel extremely bad for the other two employees that have to work along side that rude woman. I don’t understand why it is so hard to treat people with respect these days…

Every single night they are out of so many things. They are ALWAYS out of Italian Herb and Cheese bread at night. They claim it takes 7 hours to make bread. I own a deli and know this to be untrue. Ordered 2 sandwiches tonight and received hard, old, nasty tasting bread. It would hardly cut with the bread knife the lady was using. I would love to get my money back but Im sure thats not even an option.

Honestly i dont wanna give them one star they dont deserv that i thought its my waste of energy for giving them one star.Moving yo to the point to walked in subway2 were working lady did not show any interest in me for making sandwich i need veggie patty she doesn even come forward like wht i need. And the other one is busy with bread i mean (he serve bread to whom ? ) i stand for approximately 5 min then i leave the placeManager need to take care of tht your team is sick

Bread was like eating croutons! Chicken was cold even after the sandwich was "toasted" and teriyaki sauce was straight out of the fridge. Horrible meal before getting back on the road for a 5 hr leg.

I stopped here on my break to get food. I was very hungry so I wanted to grab a sub before my break ended. I went in and started to order. The two ladies that were working made sure that my experience with this specific location of subway was the worst. I wanted to get my money worth for my food because normally they add little to no veggies, meats, or sauces at all. Now, my family owns a couple of subways in California. I know how sandwich’s are made and how employees need to make sure that the customer comes back because of good customer service. I was very disappointed because the two employees laughed and made fun of my food saying something along the lines “it’s just a sandwich”. The worst experience ever.
