“We were driving from Memphis to Huntsville when the wife said "Im hungry!" She looked up what was close and we ended up at Dorothy's Place in Lamar. We were early and I think we were the first customers of the day so there was some scrambling to get the food going. We ordered a Philly Cheese and a Double Cheeseburger. The sandwiches were large and both were hot and delicious. The Philly Cheese was served on a hamburger which was a bit weird but it was still excellent. We highly recommend Dorothy's Place.”

“ordered our first pizza. got wings and 2 pizzas, $32. felt the wings were small and didn't get many. flavor was good for spicy one. pizza was more like a medium sized but tasted good not greasy. ingredient amount was awesome. Will get again. loved how you express your love for God on box.”

“Me and the kiddos stopped in for a bite. It was simple, clean, friendly environment. We ordered a cheese burger with fries, hot wings, chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy, and the 2 filet catfish plate with coleslaw, hush puppies, and candied yams(might be named differently…) Everything was delicious! So far, in moving to Mississippi from Colorado, it’s been the best catfish, chicken tenders, and cheeseburger I’ve had, and all the sides were on par. I didn’t try the wings but my son loved them, he was asking it to be a regular place for us to go. Atmosphere, quality of food, quantity of food, and price of food was all in line as well worth it. We will return when we can.”
