The hubby & I had lunch here today. My fish sandwich ($7) was huge, loaded with delicious catfish fillets. The salad was equally delicious. You get a lot of food for your money & friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Drove 20 minutes out of our way because of the reviews. Very disappointed!! I almost left without ordering when we walked in. Very dirty. They said it would be about 20 minutes for double cheeseburger with bacon, hash browns, and onion rings and it was just a little over 20 minutes. While waiting I went to the bathroom and it was one of the most filthy little bathrooms have ever been in. When we got the hash browns and onions rings they were hot and very greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The cheeseburger was hot and greasy and needed salt. I just hope we don’t get sick from it.

We were driving from Memphis to Huntsville when the wife said "Im hungry!" She looked up what was close and we ended up at Dorothy's Place in Lamar. We were early and I think we were the first customers of the day so there was some scrambling to get the food going. We ordered a Philly Cheese and a Double Cheeseburger. The sandwiches were large and both were hot and delicious. The Philly Cheese was served on a hamburger which was a bit weird but it was still excellent. We highly recommend Dorothy's Place.
MOST PEOPLE GO FOR HER DELICIOUS BURGERS AND THEY ARE DELICIOUS BUT THE WINGS, AND CHICKEN STRIPS ARE AMAZING AS WELL... I HAD A 12 PIECE LEMON PEPPER HOT AND THE FOOD MEET ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS... DA BEST IN NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI
