I ordered Chicken Philly & husband ordered Philly Cheese Steak. Bread over toasted & burnt on the Chicken Philly sandwich, the cook exchanged bread on the Chicken Philly sandwich when I asked. We asked was the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich bread burnt guy behind counter said no, we didn't check, get home & Philly Cheese Steak bread over toasted & burnt black on the sandwich. Stingy with the meats, meats chopped fine to make it look like a full serving. First time there & NOT a fan. No, nope will NOT recommend to family & friends.

I’m not from the area so before arriving i looked up the menu. I had in mind what i wanted , got there and there were a few things on the menu that they did not have. therefore It took me a few to decide what I wanted meaning and the employee was very rude. I even asked for a water and he basically told me I had to go behind the counter and get my own water after i watched him give someone else their drinks that was also behind the counter. My friend got wings and they weren’t fully cooked and i ended up getting a philly cheesesteak which wasn’t fully loaded. Very disappointing.

I paid $13.00 for what was supposed to be a turkey sandwich no chips no soda... It was thrown together like slop. Flies were taking over the place. Reminds me of holy moly donut shop from the movie Friday.

My grandparents received a poor quality order. I am lactose intolerant and was given food with dairy. I called to inquire about if it can be remade since there was an error and was told that they weren't informed which they were. So we have a meal I cannot eat. They're usually great with service but haven't been lately is all.

Didn't get my order right after I told them a thousand times no onions and tomatoes and they put both on my burger and they never listened in I'm tired them they don't listen I told them I was going to leave a bad review now I did this

Food is good. Definitely need a training session with staff along with direction posted for customers. Ex. order here or pick up orders here.... All orders should look the same. That's not happening. Had 3 gyro salads all looked different.
