I ordered Chicken Philly & husband ordered Philly Cheese Steak. Bread over toasted & burnt on the Chicken Philly sandwich, the cook exchanged bread on the Chicken Philly sandwich when I asked. My grandparents received a poor quality order. I am lactose intolerant and was given food with dairy. I called to inquire about if it can be remade since there was an error and was told that they weren't informed which they were. So we have a meal I cannot eat. They're usually great with service but haven't been lately is all.
Food is good. Definitely need a training session with staff along with direction posted for customers. Ex. order here or pick up orders here.... All orders should look the same. That's not happening. Had 3 gyro salads all looked different.
