It’s been a fun regular eating out for me this week. All of these reviews give a bad impression of reality, being that they expect it to be absolutely perfect, and that’s hard to believe after the service I’ve had. I’ve been across all lower forty-eight states and my own near-home-town subway happens to have the best service and cleanest looking Subway that I’ve visited so far. I’m not even exaggerating. These other reviewers need to travel more often and further out from home state. Most of the reviewers probably haven’t seen more than two different subways in their entire lives or only take their time to come on here to leave bad comments. The people that work here are actually very nice compared to most of the people I know in the surrounding counties, especially Lincoln County, but that’s not hard anymore since everyone is so disrespectful nowadays.

Second time to place order online and pick it up just to get home and the order is wrong. All sandwiches on wrong bread and missing toppings. Cannot call phone keeps going to a fax and it's a waste to drive back because of how far away we live. Pay closer attention to your orders!!!

Horrible! Do not go! Manager must have been having a bad night. Shaw called the police after my husband refused to pay for a sandwich that was 4.5 inches. She was disrespectful said we were banned and when we compared my sandwich to his to show they were not the same size, she snatched them and threw them in the trash. I’ve never berated so poorly. She is young and needs a learning lesson in customer service. I pray subway reads this and gets rid of her. She is costing them valuable customers.

The last 3 times I placed an online order, all of my sandwiches were drowned in mayonnaise. I mean seriously, who puts half a bottle of mayo on a sub? What makes it worse, I didn’t order mayo on any of the sandwiches.

I don’t usually review fast food, but this is an exception. First we travel all over the US for work. We stopped visiting Subway years ago because the food went down hill & always looked old. We decided to stop at this Subway for a soda and was surprised by how fresh everything looked. So we ordered a sandwich. The staff was very friendly the sandwich was perfect. The bread was warm & soft, the meat & vegis were fresh & delicious. And the restaurant was clean. I would definitely stop again if ever in the area. Good job..
