Faith was the lady I found out took my order. Not only did she take my order, but she was kind enough to ask how my day was, if there was anything else she can me, and her smile was so bright, it took my hard day and brought it to an easy evening... I was with Lionel Ritchie for a moment and singing it away...EASY LIKE A SUNDAY MORNIN-inggggg. The manager too, was amazing to me. They both made me feel like ROYALTY today. Youngin in the back, slow the roll on the mayo man, ain't no slip n slide son, we just need a burger... The place was peaceful and super clean! The crew is very fast , very good customer service my food is always fresh they are the best Burger King on the coast . I love the friendliness and the managers run a very tight shift . I recommend this Burger King I barely eat Burger King because they attitude is bad but I love they service ! The lobby was clean and the bathroom as well

Worst burger king ever!!! Went inside to make my order. First things I notice is a young guy just a typing away on his phone. So I'm standing there waiting for him to finish his message to see me and take my order. Nope that's not what happens.. After a good 4/5 minutes he just looks up and walks away. Didn't say not a word. So I'm thinking ok maybe he doesn't work the register. So I sit there waiting and waiting. Another male employee sees me. So I ask is anyone gonna take my order. And he just looks away.. so after waiting 10 minutes just for someone to at least tell me it'll be a minute. I just decide to leave... Now I see why they don't ever have barely any customers there.. cuz they're rude and very very unprofessional.

Says 2am closing... drove all the way there tonight after a long... painful day... I'm diabetic.. needed food... no grocery stores open... got there at 1:43am and was told if I didn't have a door dash order...I couldn't order.. they were closed...soooo wtf does it say 2am then....?????

We truly love the experience of going to this specific burger King ( located in Long Beach )! The staff is always friendly , fast and efficient , WITHOUT slacking on quality . We will continue to return to this specific location time and time again !
My husband has been getting to go orders late at night for years - and it was amazing! The employees were nice, the orders were mostly right.. Now? They never get it right. The customer service is awful. This is probably the 4th/5th time in the last couple months and I give up. I told him never again. Takes 5 minutes to drive there and 5 to get home. My husband has been gone 45 minutes and he's still not home.
I know you need employees and there aren't many good choices out there.... but now Burger King is just as bad as McDonald's next door.

This is a 24 hr burger king, at least that's what the hours on Google were. The girl at the window could not have hated us or her job more. We ordered 2 cokes 1 lemonade style drink and a dr pepper she made us 3 cokes and refused us the dr pepper. She was unprofessional, discourteous and rude. If you don't like your job quit. Don't take it out on the customers.
