Fuji Ramen & Sushi & Hibachi

The place looks questionable on the outside but is genuinely the best hibachi around. Inside is so nice and staff is always great. So so so good

Best ramen i have had on the coast.

These were some of the most friendly people!! He immediately knew I hadn't come in before, and we started chopping it up like old pals. The food definitely didn't take long at all, and they actually were finished a bit before the time they estimated. I was only inside for a short while as I ordered the takeout, but the amount of tanks of Koi were beyond surprising. He wasn't lying when he said he like Koi 🤣🤣 This is handsdown our new primary sushi spot.

The Ramin noodle dish had excellent flavor and a decent portion of charsue pork. We enjoyed the complimentary salad and soup bar. Miso soup and lettuce ginger dressing are Japanese staples. Wish the had bento box diners and tempura. Service was spot on and the restaurant was clean and tidy.

An absolute pleasure to eat here! Their sushi and everything else we ate there tonight was FRESH AND DELICIOUS! You owe it to yourself to try this local Long Beach gem!

My husband and I dined in. We were very excited upon reading reviews but sadly disappointed in both the food and service. The quality of the food is poor to say the least. You can tell it’s extremely cheap. We expressed our concerns and were told “you must not like this kind of food.” He was very rude. Also, that is not the case because I will and have TRAVELED to try this style of food. We still had to pay for the disgusting food we did not eat.

We went late Friday night the food was amazing and all super fresh the service our waitress made us feel like we belongs there and fawned over the baby the atmosphere just felt amazing in the food was awesome

The outside is deceiving, the food and service are great and it’s very clean inside. We had the combo yaki soba (excellent but needed some chili sauce for add’l flavor) and the spicy tuna roll. We’ll be back. :)

This was the best place to get a wonderful ramen soup filled bowl .. ? a friend got us take out and I really loved they put the broth to the side so we can place it once ready to eat.. the flavor of this was amazing .. reminded me of my moms oriental soups she made me growing up as a lil girl ??..Thsnk you for your authentic comforting foods

This is a very nice place to eat. Food is very fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Not a fancy place but the food was great and well priced.. we were visiting a flea market store next door and decided to give it a try.. enjoyed it!
