The times I am there it's a fun place to be. Only wish it were bigger so more people can hang while waiting and meeting new people.
Parking: Like 3 businesses there with a total of 6 parking spots. BUT THERE'S MORE, THEY HAVE DRIVE-THRU.

No bills over 20 and exact change only get it together
We get the new pizza cups... it's 4 for 3.99 they are great for a quick snack or for the kiddos..

What's not to like about driving up to the service window and instantly receiving my favorite pepperoni pizza, wings & pepsi? They literally hand me my order with a smile EVERYTIME I've picked up an order. And you can't beat their prices.

Decent pizza for the price. The service was extremely slow several times. They either sold some of my order before I was able to pick it up when I ordered it online. I had to wait about 20 minutes extra to get my full order.

The customer service at this location is getting worse and worse. I ordered food for my family on the app. Arrived to get my order and the puffs were dried out, no garlic, no butter. I returned to the restaurant and the manager with the short hair tried to convince me to take a refund instead of her taking the time to correctly make food. This same manager seems to rush orders often. This happened before and she was the one making orders. Additionally, the pizzas were half cut. My children had to tear the slices with their hands. She also didn’t apologize for serving the rushed food. She had an attitude and you could tell she didn’t want to remake the order.

The new store manager, Jerome, provided great customer service and navigated the POS system very well considering he told me it was his 2nd day as the store manager and that he was new to the company.

I recently visited the Long Beach location. Upon arrival the first greeting was there will be at least a 20 minute wait for all orders. I guess this was an attempt to make me not order or perhaps ? it was simply just to let me know there was a long wait. Great customer service would have been to acknowledge me as a customer 1st for choosing to patronize the business( Welcome to Little Caesars or Thanks for choosing Little Caesars) or simply ask how can I help you today then proceed to tell me about wait times. Nevertheless It truly was no issue to wait because my daughter had a Girl Scout meeting locally. I received the food after approximately 30 minutes but still no complaints. As promised the order was brought to the car and after the employee left I realized I was given no napkins so I then went back in for napkins. I left the store but upon arriving to my destination I bit into the food and felt it was a little undercooked but then grabbed another and was 100 percent sure that it was uncooked dough that was very gummy inside. I proceeded to drive back 20 minutes to the store and I explained to the manager on duty. She showed no remorse yes I was given a refund which was only right since I received something not edible ! I did mention people could get deathly ill for eating undercooked food but there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, there was no offer to remake and this was probably the worse customer service recovery ever experienced. I asked for store manager information, district manager information and/ or customer service number and I was directed to website. Left a very dissatisfied customer never ? to return to this location again. Perhaps they need to be reported for food inspection
