The lobby is now always closed. You can only order through the drive through now and when you are doing so they don't have any thing ready. I think that on a Saturday night at 7:15 that not having anything to sell to me is absolutely unacceptable. The employee actually told me at the drive through that if I didn't want to order anything that I needed to move my car because there were other customers waiting. Absolutely the worst experience ever with this place. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I went in there and order a 3 meat pizza with a stuff crust crazy bread she messed my order up and rung me up for a 3 meat stuff crust.. then she refix made me 3 meat and cheese stuff crust then she made me my stuffed crust crazy bread. When I normally go here they never mess my order up they always had my order right..

Rarely does it ever have any pizzas waiting. Im not sure what the problem is, but 1 out of 5 times do they have any ready to go. Just today i was told " the pizzas are made to order". This place is garbage.

Unbelievable. Don’t answer the phone. Store is locked during posted open hours. Calling the local number just takes you to corporate. I asked corporate who is like in charge of the day to day operations of this and she just kept saying “I’m sorry.” No accountability or even an offer to refund me for my 8 pizza online order.

I went through the drive thru & ordered at 6:04pm. I asked the guy if they had anything ready. He said no but if I ordered a pizza, it would only be a 6 minute wait. So, I did. My total was $6.94. I gave him $7. He said he couldn’t give me change. Which is illegal. But whatever, I obliged. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes. The pizza was supposed to be brought to me. I went inside because I thought they forgot about me. The cashier tried to give me cheese bread. Wasn’t my order. He walked to the back to check on my pizza & some female started screaming about how there’s an order & if SOME people think they can get their pizza before others, they have another thing coming. The cashier wasn’t rude & neither was I. I patiently waited for about 30 minutes. Whoever the female was, needs to be fired. Service industry doesn’t call to all.

The6 use door dash for deliveries. 2 1/12 hours after we scheduled our pizza we finally got it. Two door dashers cancelled our order and we finally had to go pick it up ourselves.

One of the girls I'm assuming management never wants to cook anything after a certain time for customers bc she wants to close amd leave mind you they were still had 30-40 more minutes of being open!! I was told she couldn't make the stuffed craze bread more like didn't want to!! Someone else I was talking to doesn't care for her either!! Go figure! They need a new manager who wants to help customers and work not get off early!
Pizza was ordered in advance but bc I was 20 minutes late they gave my pizza away....claimed they couldn't open the register for change so I just let them keep the change and I stil ended up with a soggy pizza after waiting for one to be made....we usually love this place but they failed last night.....never

Wow.. need better management or workers.. was told they couldn't break my $20 and my total was $7. Then told an hour for 1 pepperoni pizza. Was nothing even in the oven when told it would he an hour. Never have had a good experience at this location.. won't be coming back
