One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Twice in a row i was told to move forward In the drive thru. And both times was forgotten about for 20 minutes and had to go inside to get food. Went a 3rd time and told them I wasn't pulling forward and was told there was a rush with no one behind me or at menu. I was told that I wouldn't be served and asked for refund wich I was quickly refunded and was told that's policy. I'll never return to location.

Did a curbside pickup but was given the wrong order; when going inside to swap the wrong order for my own, the worker had an attitude and blamed myself and the customer whose order I got for being in the wrong spots. He was in Drive-thru 3, I was in Curbside 3. We weren't confused. Food was great, service was lacking.

Service was horrible. I waited for almost 20 minutes at the order speaker. It was pouring rain so I got soaking wet waiting to order. At the pay window there were two young male workers just standing around chit chatting while drinking ice coffees. When I pulled up the the second window to get my order there were two different young male workers who were literally wrestling. There was one female worker who was doing all the work while everyone else was playing. Eight months previous to this I was inside ordering and the workers were running around playing also. I'm done going to this McDonalds.

We should have looked at the reviews first. We would have gone elsewhere. This store definitely deserves all the MANY 1 star reviews. Everyone is moved to a parking space to wait on their order to be delivered to the car. Extremely slow service. Food was absolutely cold. I do not give 1 star ratings, but this one is well deserved.
I’m very unsatisfied. I placed a mobile order and decided to go through the drive-thru. Although the line wasn’t very long, I sat in the same spot for about 30 minutes, which is ridiculous. I’m very displeased.

Hours on Google and on the McDonald’s website say the drive through is open until 1 am on Saturdays but I was turned away because it was after 11. If that’s the case, hours should be adjusted.

It’s 11pm I’ve been waiting in this line with 3 cars for 35 min, it seems like theres only teens working here and no supervisor or manager and them playing inside the restaurant and smelling like weed.
