I would give them 0 stars!! was there for just a cup of coffee. Got me some colored water. I would never eat their food. That's the only place open on a holiday. still a bad idea? Should have followed my rules.Friends don't let friends eat mcdonald's.Nor drink any coffee now. Terrible service, everybody on their phone and you have to use a machine to order. the people working there were too busy texting.
This location as well as the one off of the Long Beach exit are the slowest McDonalds ever. As soon as you order, the ask you to pull into a waiting space even if no one is behind you, mind you the wait for a small order is 20+ minutes. It’s ridiculous.

Pulled up after ordering through the app .... Asked to pull forward to the reserved area immediately, no one behind us ... Ten minutes to get the food then before that time was asked to move so others can get in ... No one else here !!!!!!! Unbelievable how people can't just handle a fast food establishment

By far and consistently the slowest and most unorganized McDonald’s. 25 mins for two nugget kids meal and a Big Mac meal and two mcflurries. It was ordered online for table service. When I finally got it forgot the drinks, mcflurries, and ranch. And they didn’t seem to care. Could have got a meal at Chili’s quicker.

This is ny far the worst McDonald's we've ever neen too! The employees last customer service, food is ALWAYS wrong, the forget about you in the waiting slot and have zero understanding of time management. It's been the same after several chances. Don't go here!

Very common to wait 30+ minutes for food. Today I waited 45 minutes before going inside to ask for a status. Never had a problem with the people, they are trying their best, but whatever system they have is broken. Better, cheaper, and hilariously faster places nearby.

It’s getting worse everyday. You can go get serve a steak house and eat before you get you food here. It’s poor management. Staff trying but there is no leadership. Whoever manages this slow food restaurant should never work as an leader

Some rude lil girl at the first windings window shorted me $5, then we tried to get her attention and she ignored us for a bit then proceeded to stay silent like we were the problem... either she cant count or shes a theif... just rude

A very good place to go in the morning to get your chicken biscuits always fresh. And the people at the window are always smiling. I love the place in Long Beach. Thank you so much.
