Well my wife and I went inside to order and decided what we want and waited for someone to come to the register and take our order. I even interacted with the workers joking with them. NO one came at all. So we was thing that they might be to busy that calling an ordering the pizza might be easier. So we decided to have the pizza delivered. So we called and started the order until we found out the price was $50.00 for 2 medium two topping pizzas and a small wings. So I told my wife that we can get the same thing at domino's pizza for way cheaper and even better tasting pizza and wings and that's what we did. So that was our trip to this place. But don't take my word go and find out for yourself.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Papa John’s Pizza in Long Beach, Ms. I had an order for 10 large pizzas and needed to pick them up by 10:30am! They were very accommodating! The pizzas were hot and ready when I got there! They even included plates and plenty of sauces! Much appreciated!

Let’s start with preparing and cooking the pizza. The toppings are supposed to be under the cheese, which they are not. You receive something like their than the works style pizza. It’s mostly onions and barely other toppings. I worked at PapaJohns 25 years ago. The damn instructions are even on YouTube now! The food arrives barely cooked and raw(I home cook). They constantly forget items and act blasé about any mistakes. I tipped well regardless to help drivers out but at a certain point, it’s just a pig with lipstick. It’s not rocket science. Will not be ordering from them again. They produce slop because they’re managed like slop.

Pizza is a hit or miss. inconsistent sometimes its not made right. tonight my pizza was made with the toppings under the cheese which is no big deal, but there’s too much sauce for a thin crust pizza and I’m missing part of my order (delivery)

Ordered pizza. A whole lot of time goes by. About an hour or so.
When we checked online the order was marked as delivered. When we called they actually told us they couldn’t find our address. Tried to joke it off to gps problems and sometimes it sends them somewhere else other than Long Beach. Funny , my GPS did me solid for my 8 hour travel day thru 3 states to find my house. No problem! They lie. Drove up here to place another order (5 minute drive) Not even an apology.

I did an online order and within 5 mins they called me and said that they are cancelling my order. Baffled I asked why because I thought I did something wrong. I had a decent tip for the Delivery driver And my order was around $70. They told me yeah we are backed up 3 hours and just cancelling the order. So I was left with a pending charge an no food. It is completely fine Domino's Pizza came in clutch less than 20 mins and picked it up. Placed order, received my text stating that my order was ready and when I showed up The guy want to touch the counter and asked if he could help me. Then I said yes. I have an order stated the name any said. Yes just take a seat and it'll be ready in the moment... Took a phone call, placed an order over the phone... And then checked on my order and then they said the driver must have taken... Give us 10 minutes and we'll have it ready... Can I remember them? Talk insane. Who wouldn't have taken it. In the music they're playing is not my taste. And about 12 minutes later, here's your pizza... No apology... Nothing, but oh well.
If I could leave zero I would. These people do NOT understand customer service. Over an hour for a pizza and they avoid the number my gf left for contact when she calls three times they asked her to hold I call IMMEDIATELY after and they answer no problem. A disgrace to someone else's hard work that's about all they amount to up here.

Please find some way to at least warn customers that it will be over an hour wait time. Ordered food at 8:49pm and it was said to be ready by 9:38pm but now it says 10:30pm. Bro I could have just made a sandwich. :(
