It took the server over five minutes to get to us at 4 o’clock in the afternoon not very busy to even get our drink order when we did finally get our drink water in. It took another five minutes from the bring it. The food was not very good not for the price that you’re paying

Horrible Service.
Placed the order and waited the normal time of 30 mins for it to arrive. Door dash brings the order and I tell them they brought the wrong order. Its not what I ordered. They say ok, I'll go get the right order. Ok, no worries. I understand things happen. After waiting another hour, (1-1/2 total at this point) I call to see where my order is. Pizza hut answer the phone and tell me that they still have it but never bothered to send it out again. They tell me to they will remake it and deliver it but it will take another 30 minutes and the only thing they can offer is a small credit.
Advice: Stop using door dash. They are terrible. Also, if you can't redeliver the order to the customer after a situation like this, call them and let them know you are having issues. I would have been happy to even come get my order so I didn't have to wait 2+ hours to get my order.

I ordered pick up Monday night and when I went in to get it an employee was standing at the station where they make the pizzas VAPING and the other employee standing there didn’t react or anything like this is a normal occurrence

Each and everytime I have ordered from this establishment something has happened. First it was my card being charged 2xs after the original POS. Second time they did a third party with DoorDash and I never seen my food. Now today I say let’s give them another try and what happens? The driver shows up this time but missing half my order. So he says he’s going back after it. Mind you the restaurant is 7 minutes away from my house. And yes I would’ve went and got it myself in the first place but my wife was in my truck due to hers being in the shop. So I call 30 minutes later and they say they will remake it or give me a credit. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this establishment and will purchase my pizza and wings elsewhere

I placed an order over the phone and the person that took my order was rude and also asked how do I plan on tipping. I planned to but I thought that was rude to ask in a demanding way. Tips are optional... Anyways when the food arrived, the delivery person was nice but the pasta was to soupy and had no flavor. I was disappointed. However the breadsticks were good.

Wish I could post a pic but I politely ask that if someone orders wings, there should be enough sauce on them so that actually looks like it should! I didn’t even have sauce in the bottom of the container to dip my bare chicken into.
Seems like this usually happens to be with daytime shift. This time, I was basically eating plain boneless chicken with a HINT of sauce :(

In their description it says "dine in". We took 4 grand kids to eat in, and it was just a counter to order. Very disappointed. Guess we can't trust this. Note to self, call first. Even on this rating it offers dine in or take out or delivery.
