I ordered pizza. I had my wife go pick it up. I placed the order online my little brother which is handicap said he wanted pizza so I told him to order him some and I could have her pick it up. He called ,He ordered a pizza and then he said I should’ve got the dinner box. He called back to change up the order. hasn’t even been 60 seconds the lady that answer the phone was rude and obnoxious the manager. Susan wasn’t much help either she accused us of yelling at her. Nobody even raised their voice and how would she know if she wasn’t even on the phone? My wife was in the store, picking up my order at the time I had to take the phone from my brother so she could understand what he was saying and as I was telling her what he wanted to do, she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She said that y’all did not sell dinner boxes. I was like well it says on the site that y’all do triple treat Boxes Which is pretty much the same thing I will never spend my money with this company ever again. The lack of respect is pitiful. Definitely not Professional at all.

Ordered a tavern style pizza, and it was soggy and cut like total hell. Also, it was delivered an hour earlier than we had requested. The manager who was on duty at 5:30 on 11-06-2025 was baffled and confused when we called. She stated that the order was picked up early by a 3rd party when in fact it shouldn't have been placed in the oven to begin with. Training is needed. The tip was 25 percent.

The pizza was delicious and exactly as I ordered it. I am allergic to red sauxe- and they have to be mindful of not ua8ng the a me cutter for my pizzas. They were very courteous and speedy when I arrived to pickup my food.
It took the server over five minutes to get to us at 4 o’clock in the afternoon not very busy to even get our drink order when we did finally get our drink water in. It took another five minutes from the bring it. The food was not very good not for the price that you’re paying

Horrible Service.
Placed the order and waited the normal time of 30 mins for it to arrive. Door dash brings the order and I tell them they brought the wrong order. Its not what I ordered. They say ok, I'll go get the right order. Ok, no worries. I understand things happen. After waiting another hour, (1-1/2 total at this point) I call to see where my order is. Pizza hut answer the phone and tell me that they still have it but never bothered to send it out again. They tell me to they will remake it and deliver it but it will take another 30 minutes and the only thing they can offer is a small credit.
Advice: Stop using door dash. They are terrible. Also, if you can't redeliver the order to the customer after a situation like this, call them and let them know you are having issues. I would have been happy to even come get my order so I didn't have to wait 2+ hours to get my order.
