Pulled up to drive thru, 8:34P Sat evening. No other customers except one guy sitting at a table outside. Sat there for 6 minutes in silence, not even a “We’ll be right with you” I then asked if the drive thru was closed..nothing. So I drove away. I am from out of state and this was the worst Sonic I have ever been to.

I ordered a fry and double cheese burger with a cherry coke. The soda was flat the food cold as ice. I checked in at 2:27 please be mindful there were only 2 other customers in thw while lot....it took 10 minutes to receive the first go round. I walked in and asked for hot food waited other 13 minutes and had to walk in and ask for my food. Hanrgy customer...I will not go back. After checking the most updated reviews are from the employees I seen inside while having to retrieve my order it sent back smh please do better

These are supposed to be 3 chocolate trick or treat blast. Y'all didn't mix them and just threw everything in the cup. Y'all should be ashamed of sending out such nasty looking products to paying customers.
The girl taking out order couldn't hear us, kept asking to repeat, and had an attitude. We left without getting anything.

i want to make sure the two young ladies that worked last night are recognized, it was busy and pretty stressful i imagine bc they were short handed, But the two young ladies that were working car hop last night, did PHENOMENAL. So polite and so very helpful- despite being short handed. Just wanted to thank them for their help and service!
