Great location, well maintained property. Sandwich makers are desperately in need of interpersonal skills training.

There were three employees behind the counter this evening. None of them greeted me, none smiled, they didn’t even converse amongst themselves. The gentleman that made my sandwiches basically grunted questions at me. They all seemed miserable and shouldn’t really be working a job where they deal with the public.

Three employees working,,, three employees handling online orders ,,,,instead of two employees doing online orders 🤯and one employee doing walk-ins🤔 need training then while sitting there one employee calls for help with one walk in which is ridiculous if these employees can't handle one customer and handle online orders and walk-ins at the same time they need new training

the mixed girl with the eyebrow piercing was super rude but the girl with the cherry hairclips i think she was new she was super sweet idk what the other girls problem was though

I wanted something quick to eat before work, because I didn’t have time to prep. I was happy with the food and the speed. However, I am disappointed with the attitude I get from one particular female. She barely looks at me and doesn’t smile. And she gives that vibe that she wants to get rid of me. And she never says anything other than what I want. But she’ll talk about her schedule with her coworker. She could learn from her other coworkers regarding how to present positive customer service, which I had 10+ years experience of. I never had issues with them. I have visited this location many times in the past. Unfortunately, due to this constant treatment from her, I’ll rather go out of my way to Firehouse Subs and spend more money with better service! Today was my last visit at Subway.

Nicest employees and manager really got them on the ball cleaning . They could use a new vaccumn cleaner I noticed . It got very busy here. Enjoyed my visit

What is the purpose of an online pickup stand if they leave your order at the counter. Had to wait in line for my online order. Not the first time. Also, chips were missing. Workers are not friendly either especially at night. Online ordering is supposed to be convenient and the order placed on the online pick up shelf not the front counter in front of all customers!

Apparently if they screw your online order up and give you a completely wrong sandwich you only have 24 hours to go out of your way to call them out on their mistake when you bring the sandwich back up there they just shrug their shoulders and say too bad for you. 40 dollars for a bowl and two subs. One was wrong. I will never be back to this location. Even gave a 5 dollar tip with the order. I want my money back for the tip. These employees are not worth what they are paid. Service was no stars. Food was no stars. Wrong sandwich.

No more buffalo sauce kind of sucks to be honest lol. My grade doesn't reflect that though. Online orders are slow to be made and when adding more protein for extra money, sometimes it's noticeable that it wasn't out in the sandwich. Overall, I'll be back and love the food.

I have been ordering online and just walking in to pick up my order, but the last time I went to dine in , it was disgusting, nobody to be seeing as we walk in and there was flies landing on the meat , very disgusting !the young girl just comes from the back and didn’t even say a thing, who knows how long those flies were on the food they serve! Disappointing, but I will not order from there in fact this is the second subway that disappointed me!

Order online. None of my sandwiches where toasted. All where supposed to be toasted. One of my sandwiches was The Hot Shot with pepper jack cheese, they put American, was also supposed to have two sauces, only one was added. Don't think I will order again. None of the sandwiches where done correctly and none where eaten. Ended up being a waste, sadly.
