Stopped for breakfast on the way home from Gulfport and was greeted at the door with a big welcome and smiles. We were offered coffee while we waited for a booth which became available quickly. Every employee was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Every guest that came in while we were there were greeted by various employees and of course the food was excellent as always. Will definitely stop here next time in the area.
Food was good.. service was good feel sorry for the cooks cause the I believe manager was hovering right over them.. other wait staff just standing round yet the kitchen was dirty... seen smudges on everything and trash under there prep areas
I made a online order and there's no way to add strawberry waffel. The lady was very rude when I requested one and told me next time I need to come in and place my order. I also tried to call and let them know that there's no way for me to put it online and that I needed to make a change but there's also no way to get in contact with any of the waffle house restaurants any more. Overall it was an easy fix but nasty attitude and bad service from Anna.
