Ive been going to the location on Klondyke road for years! The Klondyke location has it together, this one needs help. I waited patiently for 1 hour while they made 20 snowballs for a large group. When I get to the window they take my order then say “oh btw we can only take cash sorry.” WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Went there for the first time. Lady working was rude for the first interaction, continued to be rude so I cancelled my order.
I got a small snowball it was conanut and pineapple flavor but the pineapple was so tart that I couldn't enjoy it I put 3pks of sugar in it and it didn't help won't be going
