Got a raw chicken biscuit. Returned it and the manager nor the employee said one single word to me or offered to make it right.

I love Burger King everywhere except Louisville, Ms. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I paid $5.23 for this sandwich. You would think at least one part of it would be eatable. "WRONG" the bun had mold, the piece of chicken had been cooked earlier during the day, most likely Breakfast. I say this because it is round and smaller than their biscuits, hard as a rock and over cooked. Plus it still Has biscuit stuck to it. The lettuce is pieces of the hard core of the lettuce and it is brown. The tomato slice is a little bigger the a quarter, slice so thin you can see through it, and it has soured. I would post a picture but there is no where to post it. What is really bad is I drove 17 miles for this chicken sandwich to go. I did not look in the bag until I got home. Give you a chance to do better and you are steadily getting worse. I have never seen such poor effort put in anything. You could have made the sandwich in lesser time that it took to dig out the ruined stuff you put on it. I have never had such poor service anywhere as I did here. Management has a serious problem. Thank you!

Found large hair on sandwich...Haley was very rude and the gruff manager no better...no apology at all. What has happened to the staff there over the past few years... stop treating the customers like dirt!!

Very bad. They can't even put a "pull to the next window" sign on correctly. Food was cold, list continues... do not recommend going there!

I don't know what happened from opening day lunch until breakfast this morning!!! Opening day friendly, fast, accomadating!! Today---incompetent!!!!! I repeated my drive thru order numerous times, had been in line 20 MINUTES. Then was asked to pull up!! Finally asked for my money back because I did not have time to wait any longer. Got an order AND money but order was wrong and there were two bites off the sausage inside my crossandwich and a bite off my burrito!! What's up with that?? First off it's not rocket science to take an order for three items. Especially repeated over and over!!! Then, you have to give the pick up window your receipt to "make sure" order is correct. The woman at the window was carrying the same bag around the whole time I was sitting there waiting. Since she couldn't get my order right, I told them to just give me my money back!! She came back to the window with my money and somebody's order and threw it at me. I have been waiting for a Burger King to come to town for YEARS and I don't believe I will ever go back!! And even though this wasn't the food I ordered, it was cold. The dog enjoyed it!!! I'm cooking my own food. Don't trust this place. Won't eat at this place!!!!
