This is the El Rodeo located in downtown Louisville. The food is good, I have no complaints about it. The wait staff is courteous. They do however seem to have a shortage of wait staff. So, even to the most patient customer, it can be a little aggravating just trying to get your drink refilled. My suggestion to you would be, go on a day when there's not as much customer traffic.
