Jack's hamburgers like always has the best customer service out of any fast food the customer service in Louisville Mississippi reminds you of how good the customer service is in Alabama because they don't play in Alabama but every restaurant you go to has excellent customer service they don't play down there in Alabama. so it was just a wonderful feeling when I walked into the jacks in Louisville Mississippi and got some food and had that great customer service...
I love the Taste of Jack's Chicken. I Really love the Courtious and Niceness of the Employees That works At this Particular Establishment! This Place Was Very Clean > Bathroom, Dining Area and Front Counter Areas..
I would have given it a 5 star review but....the lady didn't give me the right change for a $100. I got the food fast but had to wait on a shake. Then I had to wait for a straw. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. I did fail to ask for the ketchup so technically that's my fault for forgetting. I was so focused on keeping the money on camera till she came back and I could point out the error. Even though, I would recommend this Jack's above all the other fast food...
