Good food I tell ya. Just left, but I ordered the 8 piece nugget meal. KFC got the best biscuits. Should've gotten 2 instead of one.

I went recently and paid for an 8 piece but got a 7 piece , the chicken was not good , but the employees were very nice which is a complete 360 from the times before.. I doubt I’ll ever go back 🤷🏻♂️
If I could give a negative rating I would.
The worst customer service experience. The lady working the front window on OCT. 10th at 12:10pm spoke to not only me but other customers in cars yelling to pull around. When I started placing my order on the speaker she yelled to pull around through the speaker. So I pulled up. The girl working the first window was so sweet and apologized. I asked her did I need to pull back around to place my order because obviously the lady yelling to pull around was not speaking to me. The women working the front window (taking orders) pops her head out of the window yelling at me that she wasn’t talking to me when she said pull up. Needless to say I drove off. There is absolutely no reason for any person working with the public to speak to customers the way she spoke to me!

I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me an unsweetened tea . It was horrible 0/10 would NEVER try it again.

Terrible service. Had to repeat myself multiple times don't know how to listen properly. Gave me the wrong drink I asked for a large sweet tea they gave me a small unsweetened tea. Food tasted stale. Had to wait 45 minutes just to get my food.

I have experienced significant and consistent service delays at this fast-food establishment. For example, a 16-minute wait time for chicken often extends to 30 minutes, and Taco Bell orders incur even longer delays. The frequent lack of readily available chicken suggests a need for improved inventory management and operational processes. Enhanced staff training and attentiveness could significantly improve the customer experience at this location. In simpler words, get a new staff!!!!!

This is the worst fast food experience anyone could ever offer. Ordered online pickup, and when I went to pick it up through the drive through no one would answer the intercom. Except when they would turn their microphone on to say “oh my god” or “whatever.” After siting there for 10 minutes asking if they could hear me I then went into the store to pick my order up. Inside everyone is on their phones with no kind of urgency talking shit with one another. It seems to me that everyone in that store including the manager is lazy and don’t want to be there. My order was supposed to be ready and picked up by 8:05. I didn’t receive it until 8:35. WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR DRIVE THROUGH. I would not recommend ever ordering here.
The chicken I had today was OLD & DRY. It's like they cooked it last night. This KFC has went downhill. They are very slow and not organized. Why sell old chicken when you are a chicken place? No wonder they have a $10 chicken deal from Sunday-Tuesday.

Order a 3 piece chicken meal.the chicken was full of old grease plus it was nasty .everything about kfc/taco bell is horrible. Everyone in their needs to be fired. The food is not properly cooked served.they throw your food at you and then they get mad at you for no reason. They need tone report to cooperate office. Or shut down permanently
EVERY single time.... either have an hour late on the food, or the order is wrong. They take care of the drive-thru first and foremost. So if you order online or walk in get ready to have a horrible experience.
They refrigerate food and resell it the next day. That chicken I ordered was 2 days old and the biscuits were from last wk. Terrible food, terrible service and terrible employees. Terminate everyone and start fresh.

When I order on line they never get it right today only put 3 pieces of chicken for a 4 piece deal didn’t ask me what kind of sides nor original or crispy they always assume what you want

Newly renovated and looks good but service is a total joke. Don’t see how they are still in business. May could be a good place with a lot of management. So many workers fumbling around and not knowing what to do. Somebody please help this place.
