The service is completely terrible. The person taking drive through orders. Was not friendly at all. I asked about wings. Was told i quote( we ain't had them in a year.) food not great be the service is just awful. From ordering to receiving your food. I highly recommend eat somewhere else

If the ladies could read the order screen all the way through and work as much as their using their phones it'll be a great place. My co workers order was wrong after being bring out late. My tacos was good. The man was kind and made sure everything went smoothly after the order mess up though. She is the best I the building. The rest of the staff should do better

The food was good and the service started out great; however, the employee at the pickup window ruined the total experience. It is rare that I call the corporate number, today was a much needed exception.

Not enough staff. Drive thru took all employees. Long wait at register. The original recipe was kept in hotbox too long. The lady at front was counting pieces and telling customers what they could have. They were strategic planning as to avoid cooking more. I'm very displeased I paid almost 18.00 for my meal 4 pc 2 wing 2 breast and extra side. Half and half. Give me what your known for. Not overcooked hotbox chicken with only salt taste. The extra crispy was better.

I have placed an online order about 10 minutes out. When I got there they didn’t have my order in the quick pick up bin NOR was it ready. I gave it 4 stars because the Manager substituted my order since I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes.
