Louisville McDonald's does what they want. I always do the same order digitally and most of the time I don't get any sauces(which are on my order) or the correct drink. I order Dr.pepper or rootbeer and alot of times I get diet coke. They cycle through workers too much by the time someone has worked and learned they have someone new and it feels like we train them.

Terrible service. Employees rush you after making you wait when you’re the only one there. I add extras to my order and I don’t get them. If I pay to have an extra patty or cheese added, I expect an extra patty or cheese. Once or twice is once thing but the incompetence of this location is constant. It’s ridiculous

I have only been here a few times for breakfast. The food is good and the customer service is always on point. I just moved from Georgia and everybody that’s on the breakfast crew usually acts like they hate their jobs so this place was a refreshing change. Also, the pumpkin spice iced coffee is amazing!!
The worst Big Mac n fish sandwich I ever had. Bread taste stale n the meat was very thin with a odd taste. Seems like McDonald's does not care anymore.....I won't be back

I have previously posted that the food is good here. Today, I want to caution you that if you order the ice cream cone, there is no telling how much or how little ice cream you may get. Today we got less than half the regular amount usually on a cone. UPDATE We gave them another try on the cones today and they gave us an appropriate amount of ice cream.
