Louisville McDonald's does what they want. I always do the same order digitally and most of the time I don't get any sauces(which are on my order) or the correct drink. I order Dr.pepper or rootbeer and alot of times I get diet coke. They cycle through workers too much by the time someone has worked and learned they have someone new and it feels like we train them.
I have eaten from many different McDonalds but this one is in my top 3. I don’t know who they got managing up there or cooking but every single time we come here the food is FRESH and so delicious. Thank you.
Absolutely love the manager Shaka ☺️ She's been a great mentor for so many young men and women over the decades! She keeps the restaurant very clean and running like a well oiled machine!
