The food was not prepared per order my wings were incorrect. They charged .91 for ranch and i ordered wings. The pizza was just not what I'm use to from Pizza hut freshness. The customer service is beyond poor. New management is needed.

I am so sick of this Pizza Hut not only is the food no longer good the service is not either. The hut reward system is just ugh. I don’t understand how management has no idea how the hut rewards work. My rewards have been taken from me when I tried to redeem wings and now the wing fryer doesn’t work and the manager has no idea on how to get my points back.
The new Lil Hut is the best!! Perfect size for dinner and some for leftovers, especially for the kids!!!

Everyone at this Pizza Hut has always been friendly, but that's about where it ends. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut we have to check our food before we leave. Multiple times after getting there on time ti pick up my food, I have to wait for them to make a whole new pizza because something wasn't right on the one I got. Or they got pizzas mixed up and I got someone else's pizza.Sadly this is one of the better restaurants in Louisville, unless you want Mexican all the time. That's why I still go back. This Pizza Hut is apparently the screw up Pizza Hut.
My problem is I was never served. I attempted to order a Pizza, but was placed on hold for over 16 minutes. I never spoke to an associate. The automated service place me on hold with music, the music stopped but no one carried out the call.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten at. This is the 2 time ordering stuff crust with extra cheese. It looks pitiful. Customer service wasn’t great either .

I’m not sure if the server was friendly or not…he didn’t say anything. The food was hot and good.
Parking: There is plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: The menu includes things that kids like to eat… pizza and cookies.
I made an online order, had a 40 min wait, went to pick it up, they lost my pizza. They told me they would remake it, but it wasn't until I had already waited 37 mins did they tell me I really had an additional 45 min wait. Then, I had to go back into the store to get my money, there was no courtesy offer period just my money only because I asked for it.
