Worker dropped the bag of food into my car window and walked off on her phone. Didn't get the right food. What I did get was burned and low quality

Waited over 20 minutes. I ordered the pot pie meal only got the pie no apple.Customer talking to employees going between the counter half’s.Employees on their phones.No Pepsi no napkins.Place needs a revamping.

Ordered through the drive-thru and ordered a Baja Blast, a Cantina Chicken Taco and a Chicken Enchilada Burrito. I guess they didn’t hear the burrito because got to the window and knew it wasn’t enough $$ charged so I asked if she had gotten the taco and burrito and she said no, just the taco. She asked us to pull forward to wait just a minute. I had no problem with this. We waited about 5 mins for someone to come out and with a bag of food and ask what we ordered. I told her the cantina chicken taco and she handed us the bag and we drive off. I open it up and see that it’s a burrito. Took a bite and it wasn’t even chicken, it was a flamin hot beef burrito. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Used drive thru. Had to be asked to pull up. All we ordered was two boxes. A $5 box And a $9 box. Waited 30 mins and then when the girl finally came out to give us our food she was carrying about 4 bags. She was cussing and asked what we had and threw us our bag. Very rude. Very unprofessional. She needs to be fired or maybe management also needs to be dealt with if service is so slow and that crazy. Will never go back there

I have bought the cantinas chicken bowl. before but the one we got on Saturday, October 18, 2025 @ 7:30 pm was awful. There was too much rice, black beans were cold and in a clump because they had not been rinsed, and there was verse salsa on the bowl. The A crew was not on board .
Went inside to dine in, ordered my meal however had to wait for the cashier to come back to get my cup. Food came out in a decent amount of time, but it was not prepared correctly. Seems like the staff is lost behind counter and in the kitchen.
Every time I come here my food is wrong. One manager argues and tells me that I’m wrong about what’s suppose to be on my food even when I have the list of stuff that is suppose to be on there. The manager was talking over me after she asked what was wrong with it and just had them make it the way she wanted.
Food was pretty good. Staff was hard to find and the drive through person ignored me from the counter. Store was pretty dirty and it was recently remodeled

Literally so bad. We almost left without or food because we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 quesadillas and 3 soft tacos. The quesadillas are so skimpy you can’t taste anything but tortilla. Workers are RUDE! The lady that brought out our food didn’t even say a word.
Went through the drive-through… First, they charge me for somebody else’s order and then after repeating my order several times, they still gave me the wrong order.
Workers either don't want to work, or they are just being really slow on purpose. Whoever made the food obviously didn't care about the presentation. It's not a friendly environment at all.
Dietary restrictions: My son is type 1 diabetic, so we always have to count the carbs he consumes... NONE of the fast food restaurants put the amount of carbs that are in the food! Why not? Like half of the country is diabetic! Please put the number of carbs somewhere people can find it.

Very good chicken
The food is one of the best taco Bells to eat at. I've traveled around alot but this Bell rings everytime I'm in the area!! I love their food.Kiss the cook
