Potato cakes took less than two minutes. Which is a red flag since I worked at Arby’s for years.i even asked if they’d like me to pull up because I knew how much time they took. No one behind me in line. Lo and behold, they had been dropped a second time and tasted like old oil. Rueben did not have any sauerkraut.
Worst Arbys experience thus far in the south. Gave two stars cuz the kid who worked the drive thru was a sweet boy. The manager looked mad and was the one who handed him the food. She ain’t running a tight ship.

For the third night in a row! Went to get something to eat,a special mind you, and they didn't have any hamburger patties! 3 nights, someone needs to lose a job,same thing for 3 nights no hamburger patties. Figure it out folks, it's a restaurant.

We just stopped by there from out of town. This Arby's location is operated very well. Worth the stop if you are in the area. I received my food before I got my receipt. After my first bite, I knew this location was great. Roast beef was on point!!!

Paid $4.06 for 4 Mac n cheese bites & they gave me some burnt ones. Came back was told it would be 5 minutes for some fresh ones. Don’t know why I wasn’t served fresh ones to begin with instead of trying to get over on me because you wanted to be lazy.
