I have eaten inside Boondocks several times. Always great food and Service. This trip was for a 15 pound box of flash frozen Ms. Catfish fillets abd a bag of their AWESOME hush puppies. Teriffic flavor and texture! Catfish fillets are Easy to separate being flash frozen. Also, if You plan on buying the box of fillets, give them a call in advance. Great folks, no issues!

Super cute place with Real smoked BBQ. Hard to find meat with the smoke flavor from a smoker instead of infected duty with liquid smoke. Sides are just like grandma fixed them, from scratch. We will be back!

So. I have never actually set foot in this restaurant. HOWEVER, I have had their catering, and if you love brisket, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO. When I tell you this is THE BEST brisket I have EVER had in my 32 years of living, I fully mean it. It was so tender, I could cut it with a plastic fork. My toddler even preferred it over their Mac n cheese (which was also delicious). We will be making a trip to patronize their brick and mortar restaurant soon!

So decided to take a break from putting together my next two new properties I'm going to sale Owner Finance and have lunch from Boondocks BBQ. Believe me when I say this was some of the best BBQ I have had from any restaurant anywhere. I ordered the Death By Pig sandwich which is pulled pork, rib, sausage sandwich and I had the potatoe casserole. Everything was perfect; food and SERVICE! BUUTTT the star was the brisket I was given a sample of! OMG it tasted like it was seasoned by someone's grandma and smoked by somebodies old grandpa that is sippin' on moonshine!! 🤣 I will be back for sure!!!

the food just wasnt to my liking or preference. i got chicken sandwich, brisket sandwich, and half chicken. i didnt like the cobbler at all, it was more like cake and peaches

We had their pulled pork sandwich and their sausage dog with cheesy potatoes. The pulled pork was pretty good, and the sausage dog tasted good, but was so little it wasn't worth the money for it.
