This restaurant didn't make my food to order. They charged me for the extra condiments I ordered but the toppings didn't make it to my burgers. I had a similar problem with the location in Foley,AL as well,have we as a people got to a moment in life where we don't listen or we don't care?If we continue like this the restaurants will be making money for things they don't do.I have eaten at Hardee's years ago and it's not the same in my opinion. The restaurant fix these burgers as they come without anything extra. I know this is fast food but this location was not busy so I don't know why they didn't take time and make sure my order was right.

These nice folks are always pleasant and the food is so good. I’m not sure what they did to change things up but their customer service is top notch nowadays. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Knock on wood. Keep doing great.

I am hooked on Hardees. I have never been to one in my 60 plus year on earth but being in Lucedale I decided to give it a try for a few reasons. I prefer Angus beef and also flame broiled. I seem to have an adverse reaction to fried vegetable oil but have not had that from there eating a small french fry. Then, I thought I would try the breakfast platter and that has become my favorite. My only downside is that they close at 2pm and sometimes I can not make that time for a late lunch and might enjoy supper if they were not closed at 2.

Good food, great service, workers work hard, and clean place even the bathrooms. The inside sitting area temp is always on the warm side. Like all Hardee's it closes early in the afternoon due to changing market conditions.
Me and my family came here we got a chicken sandwich, 2 cheese burgers, and a mushroom swiss all with fries. Everything was cold and then fries were leftover fries cold and hard. The tea was even nasty. Everything was disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Every single time I come and grab breakfast, they are fast, efficient, and kind! The lady who is at the second window most mornings is always so friendly with a smile. I have seriously never been disappointed once with their service or food.
